By using TalkSia you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. The service
TalkSia helps you practise spoken English using lessons, an AI tutor ("Sia") and live calls with other learners. Sia is an artificial intelligence and can make mistakes. TalkSia is a practice tool and does not guarantee any exam result, job or certification.
2. Your account
- You must be 13 or older to use TalkSia, and 18 or older to use co-learner calls.
- Give accurate information and keep your account secure.
- One person per account.
3. Community rules for co-learner calls
- Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, sexual content, threats or abuse.
- Do not share or ask for phone numbers, addresses, money or other personal details.
- Do not record other users without their consent.
- Report bad behaviour using the Report button. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
4. Free plan and Pro subscription
- The Free plan includes 15 minutes of co-learner calling per day.
- TalkSia Pro is offered as a ₹1 trial for 3 days, then ₹499 per month, auto-renewing through UPI AutoPay until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from your UPI app or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges; the current period stays active until it ends.
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where we decide otherwise in a specific case.
- We may change prices or features with prior notice in the app.
5. Fair use
To keep the service working for everyone, we apply reasonable daily limits on AI usage and may limit accounts that misuse the service (for example, automated use or attempts to bypass limits).
6. Content
The app, its lessons, design, logo and the name "TalkSia" belong to us. You keep ownership of what you write and say; you allow us to process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability
TalkSia is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app, or for the conduct of other users.
8. Ending use
You can stop using TalkSia anytime and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
